You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.
How do I get my valid ticket after buying it in the webshop?
Day and multi-day tickets are available upon presentation of the voucher at a ticket office or PickUpBox of the participating cable cars in Montafon and Brandnertal. Season and annual tickets are only available upon presentation of the voucher at a stationary ticket office.
Where is my purchased ticket valid?
A Montafon Brandnertal Ticket is valid in winter at all mountain railways in the Montafon and Brandnertal, at the Muttersbergbahn, Seilbahn Schnifisberg, Gurtis ski area and Bazora ski lift (during winter operating hours). The validity in summer covers all cable cars/chair lifts in Montafon, Bludenz, Walgau, Brandnertal and Klostertal (within summer operating hours).
Are multi-day tickets also valid on non-consecutive days?
Multi-day tickets are only valid on consecutive days. However, there is the possibility to buy a Wahlabo (5 out of 6, 8 out of 10 or 10 out of 14). You can find more information here or by calling +43 5557 6300.
Are there group rates?

Are there any additional offers for groups?
For the Montafon Brandnertal multi-day ticket the free ticket rule 20+1 applies.
Are there discounts on certain tickets?
There are discounts for people with a severely disabled pass from 70% MdE. This discount can only be granted on site upon presentation of the ID at a ticket office of the participating cable cars of the Montafon Brandnertal association.
Who receives a family season or annual pass?
The family season or annual pass is granted to parents (father and/or mother) as well as juniors and children who live in the same household. Either the family pass or valid identification must be presented as proof. The family rate is granted for the family season or family annual ticket if all tickets are purchased together and at the same time. The oldest junior or child pays, all other juniors or children are free. Family cards can be purchased online or on site at all ticket offices of the participating cable cars of the Montafon Brandnertal association.
Will I be refunded the ticket price in case of injury or illness?
In the event of injury or illness, an aliquot partial refund minus a handling fee of € 7.50 will be made upon presentation of a medical certificate (Montafon doctor, can be submitted later) at any ticket office of the participating mountain railways. No refund for accompanying persons or in the event of an early departure.
